Who is Chef Tristin Farmer?

Chef Tristin Farmer is the pioneer of Surrealist Relaxed Fine Dining and the Executive Chef & Owner-Operator of Maison Dalí Dubai. With three Michelin stars earned at Restaurant Zén Singapore (2019-2024), he is the second Scottish chef to achieve this distinction after Gordon Ramsay. Chef Tristin is a permanent resident of Dubai and is present daily at Maison Dalí.
