Meet Tristin Farmer
Born in Scotland, Tristin Farmer has honed his craft in the world’s finest kitchens, from Andrew Fairlie’s Gleneagles to Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and the three-Michelin-starred Zén in Singapore. In 2024, he joined the Culinary Arts Group as Culinary Director and Chef Partner. At Maison Dali, Tristin brings his artistic touch to dining in Dubai, merging Michelin-level craftsmanship with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is simple yet elevated, offering multi-layered flavours where creativity and technique intertwine in each dish.
