A Note on Michelin Experience

Chef Tristin Farmer trained and led the culinary teams at globally renowned Michelin 3-star restaurants, bringing this legacy of excellence to Dubai. Maison Dali, which opened in April 2025, is not yet rated by the Michelin Guide. The restaurant has already been recognized by esteemed critic Vir Sanghvi, The Pinnacle Guide, and What's On Dubai.
